Mikey O'Brien (1986 - 2011) was a hardcore producer from Dublin, Ireland. Following his 2005 release of Taking My Time/Hardcore Generation on DJ Seduction's Maximum Impact label, he went from strength to strength. He was also part of the Irish hardcore label Oxygen Records, which has had a number of notable digital releases already in its first year of production. Mikey was also a prominent artist on the label Hardcore Underground. Tragically, Mikey died on March 24th, 2011 after a stint of serious illness. He was 25 years old.
